Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists is now hiring a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our AMAZING team! We are looking for a highly motivated person who loves animals and wants to work closely with them and their owners! Our Veterinary Receptionist will be a highly motivated team player with outstanding customer service skills. Weekend, and holiday shifts may be required. Answer phones and greet clients and patients
Schedule appointments
Accurately enter and update client information
Explain fees and process payments
Ideal Candidate
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Work well on a team
Great communication skills with clients and staff
Customer service experience required
Schedule flexibility - weekends and overnights. Some holidays may be required
